I have done, I would like to think I would reach out and help any who need somewhere warm or a few meals.

I says a lot with all the buildings there are across the UK that are/were connected to plumbing and electricity but now left to rot with no one in them, or anything in fact being done with them, that they cannot be opened up and used for such purposes to deal with the homeless the UK already has,a fact of homelessness which is another total disgrace.
