I'm getting tired of Iain and Cleo just standing back and not telling the others to stop.

Cleo stood there and didn't say anything about her doing the shopping list with Jack in the diaryroom. She sits and lets Jade slag Shilpa all night.

Iain has said he doesn't like what the girls are doing to Shilpa, but hasn't done anything about it.

Dirk clearly doesn't want to get involved because he can see how stupid the arguments are, as for Jermaine hes not the sort to argue but in terms of after the argument he has always been there for Shilpa so can't really critisise him.

Because she doesn't need to be carried along through it, of course she needs friends to comfort her, but she can take Jade on by herself.. even when Jermaine was stopping the argument about the stock cubes Shilpa went on to say.. "your claim to fame.. etc." i don't think they are scared to get involved i think they know she can handle it.. i think Cleo is the same.. Ian i think he is scared of Jade and the other 3 shadows..

the thing that annoys me is watching cleo standing there and not saying nothing and you could see in the bedroom shilpa was crying out for cleo to agree with her and for the support but she wont commit then shes in with the witches of eastwick i just dont get her i wouldnt stand back and let someone do that to someon else not even my worst enemy

Since Dirk and Jermaine are closest to her I would of thought they would of done more but I guess they just don't want to get involved. It could make them look bad and lose out on the win. Cleo and H are also not getting involved and as they are in the middle I can understand them not wishing to take sides.

But Jade and Co are bitching to Ian and Cleo about Shilpa. That is why they should something like, "I don't want to hear this. I don't want to hear you talking about someone like that." The bitches barely talk to Dirk, and you just know that they would not listen to him if he tried to stick up for her. Besides which, Shilpa doesn't need anyone to stick up for her. She can handle herself.

Plus, it would be more effective if the people closest to Jade and co tried to talk to them, not the people close to Shilpa, who Jade and co will simply see as taking sides against them.

Cleo and Ian should be saying something even if it was just a quick word but at the same time they probably don't want to get involved and although they know who is the wrong they obviously don't want to take sides, a bit tactical as well i expect because they don't want to be nominated.
