It's uncalled for. Throwing a cushion at her and generally being very rude. :nono: I was brought up to respect older people and i'm not impressed. He's such a hot head he just can't control his temper at times.

Tbh I don't like the way she treats him. He also didn't 'throw' a cushion at her, he simply put it in the way to block view of her, she was the one who threw it back at him. I can guarantee the majority of people placed in a house with her would feel the same way, I like Austin for showing his true feelings/thoughts and not just letting her act as though she runs the house and stepping on eggshells around her like everybody else does.

I love your unbiased views vanessa, wish more people were like you on bb forums

I feel for janice at times and im not very happy about austins views on his fellow hms at this point, but hes done enough good in the house and is always willing to apologise, so for me i can still call him my favourite along with chloe(i dont know why) and stevie and his cheesyness.

Just wish he could be shown all the things jenna has said behind his back so he could ditch her. On another point, janice has and does call him out a lot which i think adds to his exasperation.

But last nights task he has no excuses acting like that over a stupid game, it was very childish..janice cracked me up spilling the answers amd they should have been laughing along with the brits instead of acting very childish.

Anyway, keep up the posts.

Austin can get quite aggressive, but Janice does deliberately wind him up, and why does she have this Michelle Visage thing going on where she puts her own negative traits onto other contestants that she then knows get portrayed as sub-Human by the crazies?

I mean we had Austin getting voted into the top 4 getting compared to Hitler getting elected as leader of Germany, and she knows that some of her fans take any of her opinions to heart so she shouldn't be villainising him more than he actually is.

Austin's biggest flaws are that his shallow, aggressive, has severe mood swings, and his vain.

His positives that Janice will never point out are that his funny, loyal to his friends in the house (his never actually nominated James or thought about taking out his allies) and he likes to have fun in the house.

Didn't janice stand up infront of everyone and state his positive stuff in her impromptu speech when she got her warm jumpers delivered.

Bob was bang on when he tried to explain its just a bit of fun enjoy the moment. If the giveaway had been made by a Brit then the Brit reaction would have been to laugh at themselves not get angry with the culprit.

In this show there has been so much potential for some great well intended banter between Brits and American and its been negated right from the start by the OTT attitude of some of the USA team.A great shame and on them.

I can well understand how Janice could be a pain to live with in that house but she does not deserve some of the treatment and reaction she is receiving and as far as I can recall its all coming from her "Fellow Americans".

The Americans had a right to be angry in the task, they didn't know what the consequences were (or us). The Americans have already had to serve the Brits and had to go on basic rations so I can understand them wanting to win and being frustrated at Janice who is massively playing up to the doddery old lady image, and losing the task for them.

I understand he was upset about his letter, but kicking off will only make things worse. And anyway there are only 5 days left. I still think he's a great housemate and I hope he's in the final.

There is so much negativity on this site regarding Austin and I'll accept that he needs to handle situaruons better at times and how he reacts to them. However, when he knows he is in the wrong he does apologise with what appears to be sincerity. Austin comes across as a very loyal person and stands up for what he believes in regardless of whether it offends anyone or not, unlike some of the others who just sit back and tolerate everything.

In the task yesterday all housemates were told that if they stepped off the rocks they would forfeit something, probably someone's letter from home. Austin was the only one who called Janice out when she stepped off and then rightly argued with Bobby who said it "could've been something positive". Austin stated that nobody's letter from home should be forfeited for the sake of a mystery prize from BB.

Then when Janice had to choose someone to not receive a letter for failing the task she showed complete disrespect by throwing Austin's letter at his feet.
Austin's reactions were completely understandable and appears to be the only one who calls Janice out for her self obsessed attitude while everyone else falls at her feet. Bizarre.

No one is perfect and we all have flaws, Austin included, but I think thr entertainment, loyalty and sincerity he has shown in this series makes him one of the standouts for me.

So much "sincerity" that he does the same thing a few hours later?

Sorry but I would have been furious at her for giving the right answers away in the task, I think Janice is well able to defend herself anyway and actually at times likes to really wind the others up deliberately.

She invites herself, the disrespect she gets as she shows very little respect to anyone else unless they are sucking up to her, running after her or and lauding her praises.

janice fakes it all the time, she knows very well what's going on. she is doing it on purpose to be funny and to provoke austin. janice wants more air time, i'm sure she is handful to put up with. i don't blame austin's for his outburst. janice is a nutcase.

Austin is aggressive and extremely rude. There are ways of letting people know they are annoying you without being so confrontational and loutish. He needs to look and learn from James who deals calmly and effectively with his anger and frustrations.

Austin does himself no favours by being so nasty to Janice.

Yes, she is annoying, yes she is a diva and yes she screwed that game up for them but his reactions to her were way over the top.

He seems to have a lot of pent up energy and aggression which he barely keeps the lid on.

I am just as fed up with him as he is with Janice. However, Janice makes me laugh regularly, Austin doesn't.

When oh when are we going to hear Janice say, Oh Man!!!! I would love her to say it.

I agree with all of this, but you put it more eloquently than I ever could have done.

I think you'll find it's the other way around. Jenna has been all over him since he saved her and Farrah was evicted. She's been pretty into James too.

I think the reason he's so mad at James is that he wants him, but can't have him. James needs to move to another bed and completely ignore Austin. He has lost a good friend and he only has himself to blame. And I knew Jenna was a snake. I hope James nominated her babboon ass. :nono:

Austin acts like a child who throws all his toys out of the pram when he doesn't get his way.

James and/or Bobby attempt to calm the child down...then, when he's calmed, he'll feel bad and apologize...until the next time.
