The thing is, the people that beat Perez all had pretty big fan bases, whereas this series we've got Sherrie Hewson, Bobby Davro and Stevi Ritchie

Why? Perez was a very entertaining housemate who provided me with entertainment and laughter for 4 weeks, Austin has just shouted at people for no apparent reason for weeks, he's trying to be 'entertaining'in the hope the UK will extend his 5 minutes of fame, the only things of note he's done is this and Marc Jacobs.

I didn't understand this claim, considering it's exactly what the other side were doing too, I don't think it's a coincidence that as soon as Perez 'left' Keith was suddenly targeted, I actually went into CBB with Hopkins and Visage as my faves, I came out knowing how nasty the former was and how sheep like the latter was.

alol Perez (and Katie Hopkins) were both the reasons why CBB15 gets any hate. They both managed to turn a series which was shaping up to be amazing into a draining mess of a dull feud which wasn't even there to begin with and by the time it ended we were all pleased. He sucks.

Well we're all entitled to our opinions, CBB15 was one of the only BBs I've got all the way through on channel 5, I loved it and still regularly follow Perez's stuff as I do find him funny :)

Well when Alexander calls you a fag, and Michelle tells you that you've got to behave like other gay people, and the most far right wing person in the house that year targetting you I don't think then that Perez had it that hard to throw people out over Homophobia.

I don't know the general view but am guessing that while the F word appears to gain increasing use and almost acceptance we Brits are far less comfortable with the C word especially when used with feeling against an elderly woman.

So often with Austin its not what he says but rather the way he expresses himself which causes negative thought and imo he did himself no favours in the DR and it might be significant that the producers decided to show it.

I've gone off Austin recently but I'm not bothered about this. He didn't say it to her face, he was just venting in the diary room so I don't think it's that bad. It's not like he walked up to her and shouted "****" in her face lol. Even if you don't like the word (I don't have a problem with it) he didn't actually say it around anybody so I don't get the issue :conf:
