There is just some much hate for Americans on the forum, in the house, and among bb viewers and bbot panelists. Even if Brits were horrible, people will automatically defend them, make excuses, or turn blind eye.

From the get-go, no American had any chance of winning as the BB theme this year is USA vs. UK. No matter what, British public wouldn't pick any American as winner.

Even though, the show will be complete bore without Americans.

British housemates have done absolutely nothing exciting this year. Dull.

James will be invisible without Austin. Sherrie and Natasha are completely dull.
Bobby is a dick. Chlovi is just weird. Janice is insane and senile (maybe act). Jenna and Austin are too emotional (real). James has fake concerns for Chloe.

I don't think people HATE Americans....Farrah Jenna and Austin are foul mouthed, loud and obnoxious. The American representation hasn't been brilliant and the Brits have pretty much been overshadowed by the attention seeking dramas.

I haven't seen much, or any, hate towards any of the US housemates simply for being American so where is that idea coming from?

I love Americans, my brother is married to one,it's nothing to do with hating them, but BB must have scraped the barrel with Farrah and Jenna, they really are not good role models for their country. I was annoyed Daniel went first,I think he would have given so much more.

What a crock.

No one is being Anti-American - just anti nasty, vile, loud mouthed, obnoxious and two-faced Americans such as Farrah, Jenna and Austin.

Janice is a cantankerous, manipulative, spoilt old gargoyle but she is NOT as vicious or obnoxious as the three above and is funy with it. As a consequence, she does not receive as much outraged posts as the other three and I think that she has EVERY chance of winning this.

As for Brits, I personally have criticised Sherrie, Stevie and Chloe and the abhorrent Gail Porter - among others.

No, when it comes to Tibbies and CBB, Nationalities do not come into our opinions, if that was the case, why was Gary Busey so popular and loved?

I don't have any problems with Americans, but I do not like rude obnoxious people from anywhere.

Who knows what could have happened if there were three really talented witty people instead of Farrah, Jenna and Austin, they could have won it hands down against the poor selection of British talent in the house.

And, just for your information, I loved Gary Busey.

I have big love for Americans. Sadly, the Americans in the house are not good examples.

I think that the hatred isn't as bad to the hm's as towards the inane efforts of some FM's to stir up anti Americanism for personal aims.

I have made no secret on this forum of my total support of Israel and America, so I know I'm not anti-American biased.

the british in general are very very very racist against americans...but in my life americans on average have been infinitely friendlier straighter more honest and basically nicer more sincere people than my fellow brits

I have no problems with Americans in general, and certainly not with those I have personally met, but I do maybe feel that if what you say about British anti-American bias is true, then it may be borne out of jealousy.

As far as CBB goes though, I maintain that any 'hatred' against Austin, Farrah and Jenna, is due solely to the fact that they have proved to be obnoxious people - American or otherwise.
