You are honest - right? You wouldn't keep an old lady's purse you'd found which had her name and address inside, and you wouldn't shoplift, or mug someone.
But have you ever bought a Pirate DVD or CD or Game? And have you ever bought something off the 'back of a wagon' or bought fake 'designer' or 'Brand name ' goods?
Be honest in your reply.

I have never bought a pirate anything and have never (wanted to) bought any fake designer goods.
But today again in the Spar (it happened about 5 months ago too) the girl charged me £1.89 when she should have charged me £7.56 :hehe:

I once bought a pirate film and it was crap - it was full of fecking pirates saying: 'Pieces of eight, Pieces of eight'.

I once drew £200.00 out from the bank in crisp new £20.00 notes and I counted it carefully and put it in my wallet equally as carefully. The only place I called in at was Tesco's and I paid the £9.00 aprox bill at the checkout with what I thought was ONE £20.00 note. She gave me my change and I walked away from the till as I opened my wallet to insert the £10.00 note she'd given me. I don't know what made me check, but I counted my £20.00 notes and I only had £160.00 instead of £180.00. I KNEW that I'd given her TWO notes which were 'stuck' together because of the newness and I went back to the till.
Before I'd even broached the subject the girl cashout assistant went bright RED. Cut a long story short, she denied that I'd given her two x £20.00 notes and I left the store £20.00 down.
It took a long time for me to get my revenge, but it did happen in much the same manner as your example LT. I received £10.00 too much in change. Now I'm waiting for the same thing to happen again - but it won't be in Tesco's because it's closed down. However, ASDA or anywhere else will suffice - I'm not fussy.

Are you saying that if you were offered a case full of new AK47's with ammo for 'dirt cheap', that you would refuse them Arista?

often in my work I accidentally send someone something I should not have. The other week I sent a lady 2 pair of shoes when I should have sent her one
Now she should have of course contacted me but did she?
no
In general of all the people I have done that to in the last 15 years I would say around 1% contact me and 99% say nowt and keep the items
Don't pirate films, games or music cos I like the real thing in my hands and on my shelves unless I wasn't sure if I was gonna like it or not.

Same here Kyle. I bought a few pirate DVD's years ago and they were scratchy unwatchable crap, so I only buy kosher ones now.
What are you like with music Kirk?
I prefer CD's myself unless it's out of print and I can't get it. Something about having the cases in alphabetical order on a shelf does it for me haha.

Lol. I'm EXACTLY the same Kyle. Is it a kind of mania? I like mine kept pristine and in alphabetical order on shelves exactly as you describe.

I'm quite honest and I hate it.
I wish I could've told my friend that her dress suited her... But it was an awful dress!
I let people down nicely though. I just said to her "have you got a second option?"

Truthfully now Ash - you will learn that there are times when honesty is definitely NOT the best policy, and those times always seem to involve a woman.

I don't buy pirate DVD's as such but I will use those terrible websites that have all the latest movies you can watch, so I'm not even paying for pirates, oh the shame.
