This is why I had to respond to someone on here yesterday when they was going on about Austin's past on what his Mother had done, yet are supporting James for two cases of assault.

austin never physically assaulted and cause bodily harm to anyone. austin just said a few regrettable words when he was upset. and james was extremely judgmental and wasn't forgiving at all. hypocrite.

James obviously isn't like that anymore, he's very calm and in control of himself. He was quite young, probably drunk when those things happened and hes obviously learned how to control himself. If he behaved like Farah, or Jenna or even Austin, it might be relevant but there is nothing in James behaviour that cries violent thug now.

Pretty much the only reason why he was brought onto the show. He isnt famous without the criminal record, hes just a guy who came 9th place in the apprentice.
