Grim, though when I was juicing I had one spoonful of organic 100% peanut butter a day ( no palm oil) it kept me sane.

When you were juicing? Is that slang for leaking? Or do you mean on a juice diet?

I though by juicing you may have meant leaking/on your period but saying it discreetly.

Oh....So glad to hear that Liv - I am chunky, very nourishing and easy to spread. :hehe:

Yes, but only the pure 100%, saw it grinded myself at the health store, peanut butter. Store bought brands won't do :nono:
And... By itself of whole grain bread... No jam please :fan:

It's lovely stuff. I like it on toast with chocolate spread underneath, or as a sandwich with blue cheese (and no, I am not pregnant)

I only like the smooth peanut butter, and have never even thought of trying it in a sarnie with cheese, but that does sound yummy, so might try that.
I only like it on its own not on a sandwich or toast or that

I love peanut butter, although i'm a bit of a snob, i'll only buy the organic posh stuff, that contains just peanuts and palm oil.:smug:
