Is BB5 overrated?

I tried watching bb5, got to day 25 and got bored even with fight night. People kept saying it was in the same league as bb6/7 which I think are AMAZING but I really don't think it is, none of the housemates really grabbed me in except Kitten. Does it get better after day 25 because I''m seriously bored.

I recently re-watched BB5 a few months back and I really enjoyed it. It's my 2nd favourite series after BB6. It's got a great set of housemates, all of which offer something to the show and there's absolutely nobody I'd call boring in the BB5 cast, not even Stuart. Week 5-8 were brilliant and each week had a different story line with a mixture of fun, laughter, and conflict. Good tasks too.

When BB5 first broadcast I absolutely loved it. I'd watched and enjoyed previous series (apart from BB4), but BB5 was the one that got me hooked. I've since watched it back two or three times and not enjoyed it half as much, unlike BB6 which I watch over and over.

I think it's the best series. Perfect mix of everything, likable HMs and doesn't get boring. Some people say BB5 was where they became a freakshow, but I'd say that was BB6. The BB5 cast were entertaining whilst relatable.

When I see freak I'm referring to the kind of people you don't normally see walking down the street. I see people like Emma, Lesley and Kinga all the time.

I don't however see people like Alexandra, Sylvia, Mikey, Dennis, Belinda, Bex, Darnell, Mo and Kat.

5 is rightly considered a classic. It revived the franchise after 4 nearly killed it. Without it's success they would have gone in a different direction again or cancelled the show completely and we wouldn't have gotten 6. It's probably the most important series of them all so if anything it doesn't get enough credit. And it was entertaining throughout and had a perfect winner.

I prepared myself to one of the best series of BBUK, but it turned out being one of the worst in my (unpopular) opinion.
Except Fight Night and Shell's wedding meltdown I don't remember a thing, and I quite lost interest while watching it.
They were such an unlikable bunch, all of them, I couldn't stand most of them. In my opinion, BB6 and BB10 did far better with horrible personalities than BB5.
I guess it could have been ground-breaking series back in 2004. As of now, it's quite unamusing.

I watched it in 2013 then again last year and I completely disagree. It never got boring and had the best mix of fun, drama, etc and on top of that a great cast and the best winner.

BB5 is a series you genuinely enjoy watching the housemates are likeable people and you feel like you really get to know them and love them for different reasons. Finishing BB5 feels like finishing a really good long running sitcom.
