Do you hit snooze when your alarm goes off?

I can't do that, I've got to jump up as soon as I hear mines or I wouldn't get up.

I couldn't even do that, if I'm not up on my feet the minute the alarm goes off I'm not going anywhere

30mins after and you don't hit snooze? Wouldn't you fall back to sleep?

I used to abuse the snooze button horribly but I've gotten so much better at getting up right away now.

No i doze in and out and try to get back into my dreams. My alarm clock is 10 minutes fast (has been since i was small) but i never go back into a deep sleep.

How could you risk that? I'm back out like a light the second I hit snooze

I have an inbuilt clock which wakes me whenever I have to get up at a specific time, but i'm up in the wee small hours anyway.

My wife is a different story - hitting it every 10 minutes for a FULL hour without even opening her damned eyes.

Its because I do not have a lie in ever and also the fact that i could in theory get up when I like so its not like if I did fall asleep and get up at 9 i would be late for work as I work from home.

I don't use an alarm anymore, as I just ignore it :) Even when it's important

Why? For God's sake. You women are totally illogical when it comes to this. Why not just set the alarm for what time you REALLY want to get up, then bloody get up.

No alarm clock for me.
If hubby is off work I listen for him going downstairs and popping the kettle on, then I might get up.
I normally wake up early and put the telly on, then I drift in and out of the news etc, if I hear Homes under the hammer it normally motivates me into opening my eyes and making a move:blush:

I have music come on deafeningly loudly. I have to get up to turn it off. Hitting the snooze button has been a recipe for disaster for me... I'm terrible at getting up.

No I don't see the point of it, you get like an extra 7 minutes? :joker:

Usually my alarm goes off and I'll go on Twitter till I feel a bit more alive and get up after about 10 minutes

Not intentionally.....but there have been times I've been woken by my little boy holding the alarm telling me it was going off so it's time to get up but I've switched it off. I now have my alarm away from my bed so I have to physically get up to switch it off.

The ten minutes inbetween the snooze alarm are the greatest bits of sleep

No - I usually just turn my alarm off and go on my phone until I'm awake enough to get up.
