I have made this eye but i don't know how to make it look 3D or professional. I don't have Photoshop so please help.

Again I don't know anything myself about editing but I always saw people on here refer to software called 'gimp' which is supposedly similar to photoshop but free to download, you could give that a go. If you search 'gimp 3D effect tutorial' into YouTube there's a few videos which maybe could be of some help if you do go for it.
