Natasha Hamilton was seen by a psychologist during her stint on Celebrity Big Brother .
The Atomic Kitten admitted this morning that producers brought in professional help as she needed someone to talk to.
She said: "There was one day when I saw a psychologist because I was feeling a bit overwhelmed.
"But I'm not a quitter - I was never tempted to quit."
Natasha explained that she found her time in the house incredibly difficult as she was missing her fiance Ritchie Neville and her children.
"It was really hard," she explained. "Every day was just so long. I missed him and the kids so much. They were never out of my thoughts.
"Everyone in the house now knows everything about Ritchie and the kids!"
Natasha's Celebrity Big Brother experience was also made stressful by fellow housemate Farrah Abraham, who was accused of bullying the British star at times .
Addressing bullying rumours, the Atomic Kitten added: "Look, Farrah is 24 and I'm 33. I'm not going to be bullied by a young girl.
"She was very aggressive and volatile but I tried to deal with it the best I could. I tried not to rise to it on several occasions. But it's hard when someone is screaming in your face. It's hard not to retaliate."
