The first step to gay-straight equality is getting rid of the "coming out" stuff.

I kind of agree with the coming out stuff. I mean in the terms that gay people shouldn't have to come out to satisfy labels.

I find it a bit strange how gay people want to be more like straight people but make such a big deal out of their sexuality. Okay 20 years ago coming out would be some massive thing but I think it's generally accepted these days.

I agree and I think a majority of them don't care or even care about the gay pride stuff.

It seems to be the media promoting a problem where there isn't one.

I think Matt Damon is a twonk, but I agree with the comments on here about 'Coming Out'. Why should anyone have to 'come out' when there is no longer any real reason to be 'hidden' in the first place?

It never did Tom Cruise's career any harm staying in the closet

He might as well live in Narnia after that Scientology video I saw him on.

 I saw it too. L. Ron Hubbard rhymes with Cupboard, so perhaps that is where ALL his followers are hiding.

I think he should go on Celeb BB.

Demon has not said anything to help problems but rather stated things that make it seem like he's comfortable with the way things are in terms of how minorities are placed in the industry, and now because actors like IE Rupert's coming out made his career worst, gays ought to stay quiet. Nope Demon, you should be arguing about improving things not comforming to what already is. Boo! :nono: Meanwhile your bestie is out there fighting for Congo, but does he share your views too though? He's smart to stay quiet. His face though did look like "Oh matthew why? Shut your trap now" when you went on about diversity :nono:

I don't find anything he said particularly offensive.

The irony when Ellen who has had a successful career as an openly gay woman gives Demon a platform to expand on his view that if you're gay you best stay quiet if you want to have a career. Ellen you had one job.:nono:
