Ashley.

Well I said yes bc I'm quite obsessed with fitting in. I change my style constantly to adapt to my surroundings.

I mean being a geek (by which I mean pretending to be one, aren't prop glasses and t-shirts with 'geek chic' written on them just so very quirky!!!) is nothing but mainstream at the moment so

I'm not sure whether the OP meant music, style or just everything in general but I definitely don't fit into any 'box'

Clothing wise my outfit last Saturday was a pair of pink tights, dungaree shorts and a nirvana tshirt with turquoise blue nike air max on my feet, what trend does that fit into

And I definitely don't follow any trends music wise.

I do use facebook, to be nosy and keep in contact with family that's far away I rarely post though.

yeah i know lol. but im a nerd/geek whatever you want to call it. I play video games, watch cartoons and have no interest in fashion whatsoever. I hate the hipster mentality and these stupid prop glasses. I dont know why anyone would want to wear them, when the reason you need glasses is because you have bad eyesight. It wouldn't ****ing surprise me if people started using crutches to be hipster next.

That's just blown me away - I don't know how I imagined you, but it certainly was not this...perhaps a little more conventional. It just goes to show the folly of forming mental images though.

It will have to be a pretty odd shaped bag that anyone tries to 'fit' me into.
I have always been eclectic; I love all types of music, from Opera to Heavy Metal, I love different fashion styles and have always been.... eccentric in my philosophies.

Then again, I think most people are really hard to pigeon-hole, except in the broadest sense.

I wouldn't say so no.

I like Heavy Rock/Indie Music, I like a smaller Football Club than what most would go for in Birmingham City, I prefer Sweetcorn to Mash Potatoes, and I love anything remotely Science Fiction or Medieval Fantasy on my TV, Video Games, or Film.

I disagree. 'Goth' might be mainstream now, but it is still possible to be a Goth and still stand out as non-mainstream because of your own unique individuality and personality, and I rather suspect that you are one such person Dollface.

I don't really understand some aspects of the question - especially how we dress. I can be found one day in a pinstripe suit and overcoat clutching a briefcase, and the next in a pair of joggers, trainers, beanie hat and leather hoodie.

Most of the time, you will find me in my 'mucky' working clothes.

I think if you are a bloke and

1 have a beard or silly stubble

2. wear tight trousers with the shape of your iphone on your leg

2. have your hair like Sam Smith

3. wear sort of plimsoles that lace up

4. or look/dress remotely like the eldest beckham boy

You are not only mainstream, likely you are a right knob as well

I don't get that tight jean, weird ass look that men/boys wear nowadays, it doesn't look good on anyone imo no matter what age or shape......it's just weird looking
