Thin ones are called Fries, which I don't like. They're so thin and hardly have any potato in them. It's just oil.

Home made chips cut medium and deep fried in Mazola Pure Corn Oil until golden brown then drained in the basket, tipped onto kitchen roll and noshed with a pinch of salt and a liberal sprinking of malt vinegar. Mmmmmm.
