There are four of us drinking coffee and tea daily.... So we have a couple dozen with two shelf spaces set aside for them...

And I can never find a clean mug :fist:

I have Xmas cup/mugs and saucers in the loft, needless to say I won't be counting them until Xmas.
Some in the dining room dresser and then roughly 20 in the kitchen cupboard.
Daughter is home in a fortnight and she has picked a few more up for me, either 4 or 6 .

Ugh, is it a woman thing. My mum has dozens of mugs in the cupboard.

I keep telling her to throw some out or give them away, she doesn't need that many.

12 at the most if we want enough for everyone in the house and then a few more for people coming over.

But no, she won't part with them. :hmph: Yet she's the first to whinge when there's a mountain of mugs to wash. :fist:

..not that many actually because we're not huge drinkers of hot drinks..maybe 10/12-ish I reckon...the ones I get bought for me from the children at school, I usually put in the cupboard in the staffroom at work...

And i only use 2 of them! Hubby has his 2 mugs, some the girls have designed/painted so i can't get rid of them, and i also have 6 cups and saucers which have been sat in the cupboard for 14 years and never used, but getting rid of them fills me with worry:worry:
