Men and women are physiologically different, yes, but the only reason women aren't allowed to be topless in public is because as a society we've sexualised boobs. They aren't inherently sexual, they exist mainly to feed children.

Yes men and womens nipples are different.Women's are bigger and more suckable and less hairy round the outside and they go browner when the woman is pregnant.Womens nipples are beautiful things and they need fresh air too.
