Maybe they haven't decided what to do with the situation yet, Channel 4 are receiving pressure from politicians, and all those bloody complaints so they don't know whether to eject, evict or to not bother with it at all.

Im seriously getting the impression from russel brand that there will be no eviction, as far as im aware the whole voting thing is connected wit carphone warehouse, so that is why they are not open. Question is will they just evict Jade without a public ruling?
