I count The Fame/Fame monster as one really.. as you get the fame anyway when you buy Fame Monster.. and The Fame Monster is an EP

I always saw The Fame and The Fame Monster as two separate eras but that may be because her image was quite different in the two eras (more light and fun in TF and more dark and edgy in TFM)

you could get TFM as a standalone or as a bundle I think, I've always seen them as seperate anyway
