I think it's officially time to say our goodbyes to the dearly missed show that we all loved so much :(
I'm losing hope.. I don't see another channel picking it up any time soon. :bawling:

Nah, just an exaggerated response to Pete´s post.

I wanted Dave or Penny to win.

In a perfect world, the final 3 would have been Dave, Priya and Penny. Wouldn´t have had a problem in Skye being there had Dave been there too.

But tbf, it was easy to see that Travis was a golden egg in their minds. (Producers). Ryan too, but maybe not as much as Travis. Skye from the girls.

...it's worth noting that while the Nine Network haven't included Big Brother in their 2016 upfronts, they are still to comment on whether they have axed the show or not. It's very unlikley that it'll return but nothing has been made official - Nine could still bid for the rights when they expire next year.

They have no one but themselves to blame for it. They ruined the format, sanitized the episodes making them too PG for 20 year olds, added too much fluff and were just too OTT with their editing.

Skye was really annoying, Ben (Mama's boy) was just too annoying and they kept playing him up, Tim was too much of a class clown... then we have the poor scheduling. Monday's episode was a recap of Thursday/Fri/Sat/Sun, Tues was nomination, Wednesday was vote fixing, and then Thursday was nomination.

Messed up a decent series.

It was on hiatus this year, and nine channel a few months ago made it clear that the show was not cancelled, and they hinted strongly at it coming back next year.

They changed their minds and the show now got canned from two channels. This is probably the end for bb in australia for a very long time possibly.
