Obama has just authorized this.

My worry...How long before a Russian jet drops a bomb on them??

I'm telling you.This is'nt shaping up well.Syria is a ticking time bomb.

They can deploy ground troops at their own risk. They know the current status in the area. My guess is that they plan to do some specific assassinations or extract people kidnapped and are just preparing the way for it.

I hope many terrorists are killed.

I just hope that in the next few weeks we don't hear that American troops have been killed by a Russian bomb.I think it is a real possibilty.

Terrible idea, the situation is only going to get worse if there's even more western interference. We've already done enough damage to the middle east as it is.

If that happens it will be the americans own fault. You dont put troops in a war zone where bombing runs are happening and expect the troops to be safe.

They should leave any ground action to the Arab countries to sort out and stop interfering and disrupting for the sake of it.
