she has a valid point... some people are ridiculous and will complain over anything. This is the worst terrorist attack in the EU for over 10 years, of course some people want to take drastic actions

(also pretty sure shutting our borders won't do much when we've got our fair share of radicalised people in this country already thanks Sam) (but then again I liked your New York New York so swings and roundabouts)

Why should we put ourselves above other people on the basis of an imaginary border created hundreds of years ago?? And what's wrong with it is that she just paired up every migrant and refugee with these terrorists by saying to close all borders. Why punish ALL migrants for something 2-3 did. (and thats out of millions)

We can't let any migrants in this country as some of them are terrorist simple as we have to put our selves first on this matter also may I add the refugees have no given right to be in Europe its down to what the leaders decide.
also may I add the refugees have no given right to be in Europe

I don't agree with her receiving threats for her opinion.
Thought Jason Manford would have a thread, his comments were something else!

If you're willing to lose your own life or that of your family/friends so other people can be safe good for you. However I know I'm not and I don't care if it's selfish, you can't always look out for other people in life.

As much as I don't want to, I completely agree with this. And the governments main role over all is to protect their own country, everything else comes after

What did she say that was wrong? As harsh as this sounds you look after number one, in this case it's our own country, why on earth do we want it to turn into what's just happened to Paris?

I don't believe that she should be attacked for her opinions but I do disagree with her. This isn't an all or nothing situation. We shouldn't close our borders fear at what happened in Paris, we should be defiant in the face of it. We should be more careful when it comes to checks and such but we shouldn't deny asylum to those who need it. Sadly, when compared to many middle eastern countries, Paris was just a snapshot of what Day to Day life is like for the many innocent people that live in those countries.
If we live in fear, Isis wins.

Yeah exactly, we don't know how lucky we are to be born in this side of the world
