Apparently after BB3, one of the housemates was abused so much that they ended up suffering from depression to the point that they were suicidal. This is the alleged reason that the housemates in BB4 were all so agreeable...it was reported that they chose those housemates because they were unlikely to generate very strong reactions from the public.

I don't know if this is true or not, but it sounds feasible. And it sounds like BB bosses care more about their tv program than the health of the people they put in the house.

plus makosi/grace/leslie/fedrico/ have all had hard times over the show
