woman who tried to ban Muslims from her Oxfordshire salon following Friday’s terrorist attacks in France has been arrested for stirring racial hatred.

April Major was blasted by social media users after she posted on the Blinks of Bicester Facebook page that she was not accepting any more bookings from Muslims.

The post, since deleted, read: “Blinks of Bicester are no longer taking bookings from anyone from the Islamic faith whether you are UK granted with passport or not.”

She allegedly added that she was “putting her country first” in the wake of the deaths in the French capital on Friday night

After her post was torn apart by Facebook users, 43-year-old Major attempted to defend her stance.

Another post read: ”Those that want to call me a racialist, think on.

“My life is with ragga and patowoire language with Trinidad.[sic]”

After offering anyone who had a problem with her to pay her a visit, she is then said to have posted to haters: “I hope your family gets blown up by ISIS.”

After the post drew complaints, Thames Valley Police arrested her for questioning.

A police statement said: “We have arrested a 43-year-old woman in Bicester today after a number of complaints about a racially abusive post on social media.

“The woman was arrested under section 19 of the Public Order Act which relates to the display of written material which is threatening, abusive or insulting with the intention of stirring up racial hatred, and for producing malicious communications.”

Pranksters began leaving joke reviews on the Facebook page, mocking Major and her offensive stance.

Robert Sharpe wrote: “I visited this fine establishment some days ago and spotted very nice looking guard towers with members of staff machine gunning anybody Muslim looking because it was “better to be safe then sorry.”

Craig Young added: “I went to blinks for eyelash extensions and they removed my eyeballs and replaced them with hobnobs. Was not impressed.”

Major has yet to be charged by police.

Yes, they eventually were brought to justice, they got a £50 fine. If you think that's justice being served you and I have very different ideas about justice.
