It seems Girls Aloud need to catch up with these two...............
The Cheeky Girls have reportedly earned £500,000 from their debut single which is 100 times more than Popstars winners Girls Aloud.
Twins Monica and Gabriel have raked in £200,000 each from sales of The Cheeky Song (Touch My Bum), after being booted off the ITV show in the early stages.
And their mum earned a further £100,000 for helping to write the track, which got to number two in December.
Although Girls Aloud scored a Christmas No1 with Sound Of The Underground, they were given the track by their label Polydor, so they missed out on royalty cash, reports The Sun
