You're welcome.
And my own weakness, epilepsy, which sent me crashing to the floor face-first, serves as a reminder not to fixate on the bad. Sometimes we need to focus on the good.
..this is what I can never understand about Katie, someone who lives with what she does and who makes her living by making others feel pretty crumby about themselves when she could do so many positive things...I hope that her recovery is speedy...

I hope that she gets a speedy recovery.
karma clocked her
..there is no such thing as karma, Jordan...she may say harsh and cruel words through her job but she doesn't deserve to suffer the way she does/healthwise...epilepsy is an awful thing and with her seizures, she literally 'looks at death' when she has them.../neither her or her family deserve that, that would be no kind of 'karma' at all....
she still looks pretty as always?
that wasn't a joke i actually love her

This is sad, epilepsy is terrifying, I am glad she was able to look on the bright side after that incident, hope she makes a quick recovery from the injury. If only people could recover from epilepsy. :(

So a cab driver helped her. Its amazing how kind and considerate people can be for no reason, its a shame Katie doesnt show that same kindness.

And I'm sure she'd be first in line to take the piss if this happened to someone else and not her.
My brother has epilepsy and having witnessed him having a seizure I appreciate how awful it is, but my sympathy is reserved for those dealing with this who don't make a living being horribly cruel to others.

She believes babies with health problems deserve to be aborted so I really don't feel any sympathy for her own problem

Was she born with epilepsy, bit ironic for her to have these views if she was. She needs to find a new job that doesn't involve offending people

Yeah she's a mean person but I wish her a speedy recovery. I disagree with people on social media telling her to die etc we're all human at the end of the day.
I would say I feel sorry for her but the main issue with that is that I really don't

I agree Ammi I dislike the woman intensely but I used to share with a girl who had bad epilepsy and she had scars from falling in the fire when she was a child and had scalded herself many times, the last bad fit she had whilst still shared with her - she crashed off the toilet straight onto the end of the bath and smashed the entire front of her face in , resulting in several weeks in hospital having her nose completely rebuilt . These days i think it is controlled better but its still difficult to deal with seizures - just look at the state of her !

For some time now - ever since CBB actually - I have reached a conclusion that Katie Hopkins DOES NOT actually believe 90% of the things she says, and that the 'hard assed', 'mean spirited', 'nasty cow' public persona which she projects is all a very calculating act.
Like Mylie Cyrus and a host of other 'celebrities', Hopkins KNOWS that being controversial will catapault her into the public spotlight, keep her there, and guarantee huge earnings which are far in advance of any mediocre talent she may possess.
There is also, sadly, a degree of immaturity about her - evidenced by the way she 'regularly gets 'carried away with herself' and even exceeds her own boundaries - much like that notorious occasion when those other immature egotists Jonathon Woss and Russell Brand let their massive egos get the better of their judgement when they insulted and offended poor Andrew Sachs over his grand-daughter.
One of my heroes, and probably the biggest braggadacio boxing has ever known - the one and only Muhammud Ali - determined on his 'boastful arrogant' act early on in his proffessional career after noticing how much money 'hated' and controversial braggard wrestler 'Gorgeous George' made compared to the more humble 'good guy' wrestlers.
One difference with Muhammud and people like Katie Hopkins - Ali perfected his 'act' with a huge amount of endearing humour, and for the most part, his tongue very firmy in his cheek, and it's a lesson Katie Hopkins should learn.
In any event, I do not believe that she is as nasty or hateful as she portrays herself to be, and nor do I wish this terrible, terrible illness upon her.
Here's hoping that she gets it under control.
