Atleast Gemma last year lasted longer than him when she still got her fee
But Spencer is ridiculous , at first i honestly thought he had a family bereavement or something the way he suddenly left (i was thinking of poor craig charles last year having to quit because his brother died ) But Spencer's a tool so i should of known better :notimpressed:

He needs to be careful popping orals like that.They are very liver toxic.You are supposed to cycle them and use proper liver support.Much safer to inject as it only has to pass through the liver once.
