What's the point if they aren't going to name and shame them. I can't see this stopping anyone because there's no come back; in fact, people would love to see their insults up in bold type for an entire town to see.

Perhaps they should also name and shame the things FB refuse to remove. Things like

"Facebook refuses to remove video of kitten doused in petrol and set on fire even though it got thousands of complaints"

I really wish I hadn't clicked on the link now. I honestly, genuinely 2,000% SWEAR to the God I do believe in, that if I could get those two evil bastards I would torture them in the most cruel ways imagineable - you do not even want to know - BEFORE I doused them both in petrol and set them on fire.

And I would not lose one moment's sleep afterwards.
