She's asked for a handful of things so I've been trying to pick them up as I go along the past 2 months...
The main present (well, it's nothing substantial, but I think it'll mean the most to her), is she wanted something made with lots of photos of us, her kids, grandkids, cats, etc., so I was going to get a calendar made for her... I would do a big canvas but it'd require photo editing and I think that sometimes ends up looking tacky/weird so I'd rather just use photos that exist and many of them...
And then:
- Some moisturiser/foundation thing she's run out of
- Mrs Browns Boys D'Movie
- Olay Regenerist stuff
- and maybe a pair of slippers too (haven't seen a pair she'd like yet, think she wants sort-of-Ugg ones)
Will.

My mother died years ago, but I still send a little present in the form of a cheque to the Sally Army in her memory every Christmas.

A beautiful gesture Smudgie. I do something similar too as my Mother passed away years ago (and my Father) but I donate to two other Charities which both my parents favoured.

Yes, It helps me on some level knowing I am doing something for them at Christmas.
Yorkshire air ambulance gets the cheque for my dad at Christmas and the Poppy appeal/ British legion are our year round charity.
We don't have any parents or in-laws now so not many presents to buy:shrug:
