Not at the minute no. I've not been paid for 7 weeks. I should have had my first pay day last Friday.

Never had proper working job so, I've been applied for 6 months or more now and nothing yet.

Yes, I like my job. Even if I didn't (like my job) I would like the concept of earning.

I love my Job, it's more like a hobby for me so yes (although I've had jobs in the past that I hated), so it just depends if you enjoy what you do I suppose

Yeah, more than I thought I would.

Can't wait to have a full time job as a teacher, as it's something i've got a passion about, i'm sure i'll enjoy it.

D: They're taking the p***. You want to threaten them with legal action or something, it can't be that difficult for them to do a transfer to your bank or something.

I like earning, I don't dislike my job but it can get a bit boring. I preferred being self employed and may go back to that at some point.

Please do. I wasn't even aware of the first one. But this week is surely taking the piss. How difficult is it for head office to put money in my account.

I do, I wish customers were nicer sometimes but it's nice knowing I will have some money to buy presents and stuff this year

I like my job and my colleagues. It gets stressful and manic at times but rewarding too.

I don't know the details obviously, but there is something seriously disturbing here Lucas Michael. I would be strongly pressing your employers for full settlement of all outstanding wages if I were you. Seriously.

Someone I knew started work for a Damp Proofing Company who did not pay him for months and I warned him something was wrong but he was too timid and laid back for his own good. The bastards went out of business without paying him and left him in all kinds of difficulties with the Inland Revenue because of their chicanery.

Get on it mate.

I keep trying to get a job but nobody will hire me.:bawling:

Maybe I'm just too attractive and modest for them.

I absolutely love what I do for a living and it is not 'work' to me at all. I actually end up working far harder and for far longer hours than I would if I hated my job.

Uh? I like to see money for my graft, and quickly too. If you are employed you have already given your employer a week(s)/month(s) of hard graft on credit. What possible reason can there be to afford them extended credit? If only the Landlord/Mortgage Company/Utilities/Credit Card Companies would be so generous and understanding when it comes to the monthly bills.

Nope, i hate work!

I dislike conforming and routine, i prefer to be my own boss, with my own rules working the hours i want:hee:

I don't work now but I used to love my job.
Back in the day our wages came in little brown envelopes, handed out to you personally, even though I knew the wage I would be picking up I used to love opening them and counting the money.
A lovely feeling earning your own money.

nah I'd much rather be a millionaire and spend my time travelling the world and doing projects that I enjoy rather than normal work

 Haaa. REAL money. I miss those little brown 'pay packets'.

This is part of the trouble now Smudgie with young people getting into financial difficulties with Credit Cards etc -- It is just too easy to not realise that these transactions involve REAL money when you cannot physically feel it in your hands.

I have an internet 'Bookies' account and at first used to wager far more than I would in a bookies shop or at the course with REAL 'readies' in my hand. I just did not equate those 'invisible' amounts with real money.

That WAS years ago, and I do now only bet in moderation, but I can well understand why young people get into debt and are not used to handling money.

Bring back little brown Pay Packets and REAL money I say.
