Been to Bora Bora, didnt make it to Tahiti, heard its beautiful. Used to know a Tahitian in Taipei, lovely woman.

A friend of mine went travelling a few years back around Samoa, Tonga, Fiji and a few others and went to Tahiti she loved it! It has black sand there iirc from her saying!

Yes, but 35 years ago. I worked on a cruise ship and that was one of our stops. We went to a resteraunt up in the hills, where I ate the ugliest, but most delicious tasting fish ever.
It was a nice place, but expensive even then.

How long were you there for?

We usually had a 12 hour stopover, but crew were lucky to get two hours ashore.
