Help with concert tickets.PLEASE

I think I might have just done something really silly , I am hoping one of you music fans can put my mind at rest , I have just booked 3 spaces at Justin Biebers 2016 concert in October at £125 each , but I am now worried as I brought them from a broker http://www.double8tickets.com/ and I read some good reviews about them but have since seen some not very good ones , have any of you used this company for tickets ?the website looks kosher,I know I should have waited but wanted to get in there quick for my daughter and her friend ,I am worried now,I don't think I can cancel,how can I find out if they are legit?

Most of the bad reviews I can find are complaining about the over-charging from face value (which is to be expected if you're going to see someone like Justin Bieber as you've said), and something about them not printing off replacement tickets if they get lost or stolen, so I'm not sure if that's any worse than other ticket vendors or buying them straight from the venue / distributors. Most of the feedback about this company seems good though Kazanne, and everyone got their tickets sent to them, it was just issues with after receiving them / the price of them, so I wouldn't worry too much :)

Thanks Shaun,I know I paid over the odds but that what these brokers do apparently as they sell 'good' tickets , I don't mind paying ,I will just be devastated if those girls couldn't get in because of some scam as they are so excited about it , but I think you are right Shaun , fingers crossed. all will be ok .Thankyou

Kaz, they have a logo saying that they are a member of the association of secondary ticket agents, which i checked here http://www.asta-uk.org/member-search-results/?query=double8tickets&search=Member+Search

I don't know anything about the organisation, but it may give you a route to check everything is as it should be.

Hi Ammi,thanks for that,it makes me feel a bit calmer,lol,the girls actually cried when I told them:laugh: what a great age to be,Maia has seen him before,but she adores him so once is never enough and this time she is standing right buy the 'pit' so a good spot,I didn't pay for her friend but I will be taking them and looking after them,so we are all looking forward to it.:cheer2:
