So my mother has a netbook and it's like 2 months old.. well today she turned it on and it says something about re-boot, i've tried to look for it but it's no where to be seen. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Doesn't that mean to restart your laptop?

Is it asking for a disk?
no(thankfully because netbook don't have a disk slot)
it says
Boot Device Not Found
please install an operating system on your hard disk
(Hard Disk (3F0)
f2 system Diag (done the checks still doesn't work)
the website doesn't help either... i can't even unscrew the netbook and the videos were useless

I'm looking for solutions online and it's just press F10 and then press it again or something, but you said you've pressed it and it didn't solve the problem.

Obviously using another pc...
Go to youtube and in their browser search function type in the name of the laptop along with the words... won't boot up (also include the name of windows operating system it is using eg: windows xp or windows 7 or whatever it is). There should be a video online that will walk you through the issue for your specific laptop.

Could it be a problem with Windows 10? Was it recently installed?
A similar thing happened to my laptop after I installed Windows 10 because it wasn't ready for it apparently (even though the microsoft pop up said it was :fist:) and it sent my laptop into an infinite boot loop :worry: I took it to a shop and they fixed it but it wiped my hardrive!

There was an update for Windows 10 this week and if the update was interrupted or went wrong, it's likely it has corrupted the hard drive. From this message it's basically saying that you don't have an operating system installed on your hard drive - so no Windows at all.
Start it up in safe mode.
Use the recovery tool to reset windows 10 to default.
Edit - never mind I just noticed the error message, you need to edit the bios, probably too complicated if you aren't confident with computers.
