Ugh I hate photo stories for reports like this, what a tragic accident to end up square through the picture window :(
The report suggests the husband was driving doesn't it?

The police In Charge
say it will take 4 hours.
The SkyNews Reporter found out it clipped a few cars
before Smashing into Costa Coffee killing the Biddie.
so it sounds like heart attack or loss of control.
The Big Engine Audi
is still in there
a Blue Cover is covering it up

Jesus ****ing Christ
It's gone through the window as if itwere tissue paper
so tragic especially on Xmas eve
It just shows that people need to be retested
There was an incident here where a couple were like about to get married in the coming weeks (I think) and the bride to be was killed when an old man mistook his accelerator for the breaks. Horrifying.

:laugh: All those poor 60 year olds doing full time work not knowing they might pop their clogs at any minute...or not as the case may be
I am sure it mentioned in the article that the driver was 88 ...now that must be old enough for retesting.

The Car just before it ways removed.
Firemen had to cut the top off
so medics could get the Driver and other person
out without killing them
That Costa has now got petrol contamination
so it can not refit it a get back to normal
...it's odd how we always say that these things are especially so sad at this time of year..there is no day when they wouldn't be equally sad but I think it's just because so many associate Christmas with happiness and good feelings and that can't ever be the same for someone who has lost a loved one at Christmas time...thoughts to the families of those who are not here today...

When I was at Uni, me and a couple of my housemates were heading to the little co-op just round the corner from our house and as we were heading towards it, saw a car suddenly turn and smash right through the front of it. Completely destroyed the doors and even part of the wall next to the door. Thankfully no one was hurt other than bumps and scrapes for the driver... but 30 seconds later and we could have been walking in through that door. There was a corner turning up right net to the shop and also the shop was set back from the houses running up to it - the driver thought he was at the corner and turned right into the shop :conf:.
Also... one of my friends from school was sitting watching TV in his living room one day, got up to make a drink, had been out of the room for literally 2 seconds and a car ploughed right through the front of the house... crashing right through where he had been sitting. If he hadn't felt thirsty at that very moment he'd be mush .
Scary thought really. Something random like this could happen to you at any moment, and you really have no control over it. Merry Christmas!
