I agree with this, even though I do sometimes wish that the law could be bent for cases where the killer has been proven without a shadow of a doubt of being guilty which isn't often.

I do wonder if paedophiles should get the death penalty though? Or maybe sent to a special Paedophile facility where they can never be let out again? The ones that have acted on their urges that is.

But yeah if these people are really guilty then it's no loss to me or anyone really if they die surely?:laugh:

Yep. Thailand is completely dependant on a good tourist trade. Wealthy western tourists were killed. They found some people to blame and had them tried (and will be getting rid of them) swiftly. Maybe they did it, maybe they didn't, I don't think that's really what concerns the Thai authorities so long as there's a perception that it's safe to travel.
