What do you mean by it's a legit story? That the story he is charged is true or her claim is true? If it's the latter then please show the evidence. Btw, if you think because somebody has been charged it makes them guilty then you are wrong.

The media never tell the full story in cases. Where are the headlines regarding the backgrounds of his accusers? Some of them have been in prison, ffs.
Louisa Moritz is one of the accusers. She gave a specific date for the alleged sexual assault, 1971. She claimed Cosby assaulted her in a dressing room for 'The Tonight Show'... however Cosby never appeared on that episode. Yet this never got headlines.

The media are extremely biased in this case. No shock. They're desperate for guilty verdicts. However, people should be wary of this.


We also have Cosby's lawyer lambasted by people for his role during the deposition which is awfully one sided. Granted he does things wrong but so did the woman cross examining Cosby.

This is wrong. An attorney can interrupt cross-examination in a court room provided there's valid reason. Phrases such as 'objection, leading, speculation, hearsay' are often used by attorneys. There's no need for the low blow though. Although, it is a question everyone probably thinks.

I'm not saying Cosby is innocent, but all those saying he's guilty are basing it on what? We may yet see an absolute wealth of evidence and if this is the case then they should lock him up and throw away the key. However, we're not at that possible stage yet.

Well there doesn't need to be sperm evidence. The testimonies would need to be convincing. What is needed most, imo, is the people who supposedly covered up his acts to be exposed. If these people exist then you go after them.

No, that's not how it works. Alcohol is a 'drug' for example. Quaaludes were often the drug of choice back in those times. Quaaludes aren't like rohypnol. Lot's of people used them back then and not for the purpose of raping people.

Bill Cosby won't be charged in two cases investigated by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office, the DA announced Wednesday.

According to a charge evaluation sheet, prosecutors think neither of the two allegations could have resulted in charges within the statute of limitations.

The accusers, listed as Jane Does No. 1 and No. 2, had accused Cosby of sexual assault.

"We are satisfied that the Los Angeles DA's office fully and fairly evaluated all the facts and evidence, and came to the right conclusion," said Chris Tayback, a lawyer for Cosby.
