TROUBLED Danniella Westbrook has been given a lifeline after pal Christopher Maloney signed up to join her in Celebrity Big Brother.

Friends feared the 41-year-old would crack up on the Channel 5 show after having a stressful time in her personal life.
In 2014 she admitted suffering a drugs relapse and sleeping with her dealer, who left her stranded in Magaluf.
And last year Hollyoaks bosses failed to extend her role as Trudy Ryan.
But Celeb Big Brother chiefs have now secured X Factor finalist Christopher in a big money deal after weeks of secret meetings.
He is close to Danniella and is likely to help her survive being locked in the telly house.
Christopher, 38, will show off his new look on the show after having cosmetic surgery costing more than £60,000.
He claimed he was driven to have the work done after suffering abuse over his appearance while competing on X Factor in 2012.
Viewers voted him into the final but he still became one of the most-hated contestants in history.
The Daily Star Sunday can today confirm the full line-up of stars who will go into the CBB house when the new series starts on Tuesday.
Bosses splashed the cash to get big names after ratings dipped last summer.
Nancy Dell’Olio, 54, David Gest, 62, Gemma Collins, 34, and Angie Bowie, 66, will all be going in.
They will be joined by telly babes Kristina Rihanoff, 38, Megan McKenna, 23, and Stephanie Davis, alongside hunks John Partridge, 44, Scotty T, 25, and Jeremy McConnell, 24.
Former Ukip member Winston McKenzie, 62, will compete just weeks after he dramatically quit the party.
The former boxer claimed he had been the victim of “racial discrimination” by figures close to leader Nigel Farage.
It emerged last month Winston had defected to the English Democrats and will stand as their candidate in the London mayoral election.
Completing the line-up will be Darren Day, 47, Jonathan Cheban, 41 – who is pals with the Kardashians – and US reality star Tiffany Pollard, 33.
Bosses have set the stage for plenty of drama this series with a vaudeville theme.
They have built a Victorian pub snug and Jack The Ripper stalking ground in the garden.
There is set to be a dramatic twist during Tuesday’s live launch show when the 16 celebs enter the house.
Bosses had hoped to land stars including Koo Stark, 59, Dapper Laughs, 25, and Scott Disick, 32, but failed to secure them.
Reports also claimed Ola Jordan, 33, Lady Colin Campbell, 66, Spencer Matthews, 26, and Vanilla Ice, 48, would take part but we can reveal they will not be going into the house.
