(Well, for BOTS at least anyway)

Why they've chosen to keep them is just baffling tbh. It makes so much sense to just get the continuity announcer to do it before the show starts (that's mainly what they're there for)!

I swear Channel 5's Top 50 countdown shows show worse but they don't have disclaimers

Scenes of aggressive confrontations > the others

I think they have to do them, didn't they get warned by ofcom?

Scenes of aggressive confrontations > the others

This is true, though.

I think they have to do them, didn't they get warned by ofcom?

But I don't see why, most other shows don't have personalised warnings. If an episode of a show is going to feature specific material that warrants a warning, why not just have the announcer say it before the episode?

I just hope that we don't have the irritating "AS TIME GOES BY / AS THE BATTLE OF THE NATIONS CONTINUES" style gimmicks at the start since we don't have a specific show subtitle this series.

The stage is set... Be prepared for scenes of aggressive confrontation and sexual themes throughout

They'll find a way - it'll probably something like "AS THE CURTAIN RAISES" or "AS ACT 1 BEGINS"...
