I think he uses spray on hair fibers, and also a spray on 'boot polish' for the top.

By rights he should be wearing a toupee.

He should get a hair transplant if he's that bothered about going bald, would look so much better

Shave the lot off ,bald heads are fashionable now, no need for any man to have a dodgy barnett

Well that'd be my first choice but if he doesn't want to go bald, he should get a proper job done, doesn't look bad actually

The problem with a hair transplant is that the donor hair comes from the back and he looks like he is thinning there too.

Either a low density toupee or a full wig will do. :)

He could go to William Shatner's hairdresser. Shatner's wig is pretty good these days.

I think they cost around $5,000 though but David can afford it.

Certainly if he's got paid a million for going in the house, maybe it's his trade mark now though like Donald Trump

Yes. Like Professor Stephen Hawking.

He was asked years ago to trade in his stilted electronic voice box, for a smoother sounding voice, but Hawking declined.

He said the old robotic voice was HIS voice now.

Good for him, he does what pleases him, his hair/head after all.
He might feel more comfortable with a spray on hair do rather than a wig or toupee.

He was best buddies with Michael Jackson for a while so the definition of normality is somewhat skewed for him. Is it one of those tattoo hair thingies?

I'm not judging him by his hair, it looks weird but he's still in my top two favourite HMs so far
