Weird noise outside!

So whilst having a snack down the stairs (a bowl of homemade macaroni cheese) I started to hear a weird noise.

It coming from the street and sounds really screechy and moany. As an intelligent chick I went out to the study to monitor the cameras outside but saw nothing.


Any ideas what it could be? Never heard the sound before but it intrigued me.
