I'm not sure what the legal ramifications of doing that would be - obviously there have been protests in the past about evicted housemates going back into the house after people have paid to evict them (most famously: BB7 with Nikki), but with this no one's technically paying money to actually evict a housemate. Is it ethically wrong though if the other two housemates who survive, have done so with a vote that was effectively pointless?
