Gunmen have opened a fire at the entrance to a hotel used by foreign tourists in the Egyptian city of Hurghada, it has been reported.

At least three men with a black flag stormed the Bella Vista Hotel in the resort city, reports claim

Two foreign tourists have been injured in the attack, according to early reports.

It is understood two of the gunmen have been killed.

Unconfirmed reports suggest the attackers came by sea and were carrying ISIS flags.
