hanging them would save us alot of money, and prison cells, the cost of keeping these scumbags alive with the luxury they live in, when we could give that money to help are homeless, and ex army who are sleeping on the streets, people must understand that men and women who do these things, can never be redeemed, can you redeem a dangerous dog, no you can't,
