Honeslty why should she get the special treatment it was still talking about nominations and there if it was a joke or not then she should get a punishment.

i believe that one of the rules are dont discuss nominations which means dont say who you are going to nominate "even if it was a wee joke"

But that doesnt mean i dont like Shilpa its only fair and i would do the same if it was any other housemates like Danielle For Example as its the rules

Rule break my butt, she didn't intend to sway anyones votes or force upon anyone to vote her. She only said jokingly I'm going to nominate you, tounge in cheek. Rule breaks are more major then that, think Nick.. thats a rule break!

there have been lots of instances where seemingly, punishments should have been awarded, but they never said anything?

I think there may have been a fair ole chance of her getting punished, but under the current circumstances, I'm not sure they will actually go ahead with it. :thumbs2:
