View Full Version : Are 'stir up the drama' tasks ever needed?

Stir up the drama tasks can constitute reading viewer tweets to the housemates, asking them "which housemate said this about another housemate" or "which housemate do you find the most/least ___", amongst other things.

Personally, it's a no. I'd much rather things just play out naturally, plus in most cases they are just pointless and boring.

They would be needed for a cast like BB4's (going off what people say about that series) I guess. But Channel 5 have never managed to cast a series without at least a few argumentative housemates so no - they've not been needed so far.

This. Remember that tragic debate task which they did after a week in BB16 to try and stir some drama, and then half an hour later they were all friends again. Drama has to come naturally

No for me.

Done once and no more fine but in every series however it just gets tedious.
