Oh, believe me, I could go on and on. Palmyra, surely one of the most beautiful Heritage sites in the world. They want to deny the very foundations of Islam? Blowing up Mosques? Blowing up the truly faithful adherants? My workplace is Slough, full of Muslims, all of whom condemn these disgusting worms and try to distance themselves as far as possible.

Why is it fair that people following their religion are suddenly condemned and vilified? I used to lecture in revolutionary politics, and went to Bradford, Birmingham, parts of London, Spain, Morocco...what we found above all from the (mostly female) turnout was that peace and the freedom to live your life within your own morality is the goal. My (Iranian) colleague is horrified about what is being done in the name of Allah. She says even that she is disgusted that these animals shout Inshallah when they kill; it should not be done in their prophet's name. She is also worried about attacks on her children at school.
