I think shes funny- but Tiara is funnier than Dorothy. I laughed at the bit when she randomly went 'Wilbur dont pee on my shoe' lmao.
At the end of the day she has a right to be upset. Its her job. Fancy being rejected for the thing youve done for years.

She's not a comedienne... she's a producer/writer. Kenny Everett was the comedian she was just his sidekick.

If it's her job then you'd think she could do it a bit better then... I didn't think it was funny..

I didn't laugh, but she shouldn't lose sleep over it.

Dorathy isnt but i love Tiara.
Don't mean to sound nasty but that was an awful performance from Cleo, she has been an awesome housemate don't get me wrong but she tried far too hard in the diary room.

I think Dirks reaction to Tiara has really thrown Cleo, her performance wasnt that funny but there is a definite sadness in Cleo now.
She feels terribly rejected

I felt embarassed for her. And Dirk was being mean about it too behind her back. It was petty.
She did seem really ashamed of how bad it was when she watched it back.I think she just tried a bit too hard rather than simple comedy and it backfired.

Two camels are having a stroll. One says to the other, What you have the hump for?
I failed to see the humour in this personally, someone please explain this joke to my pea-brain.

Oh come on, she's been in the acting/comedy trade for years. If she can't handle a bit of rejection in a 5 minute slot on a reality show, then she's got issues.
I didn't think she was funny. She was trying too hard, and it didn't work. What's the big deal? She's just a drama queen.

No worse than she has been about him behind his back with her new best friends, Jo and Danielle.
And her comedy act was not funny, it was cringeworthy.

Lmao.. the reason you don't find it funny is because you are canadian (I assume).
In Britain, we refer to someone as "having the hump". It means that they are in a bad mood or upset with someone. So, if you were walking along with someone who appeared to be in a mood, you may well ask: "what do you have the hump for?".
Make any more sense now? :spin:

I like the way Cleo talks about her characters and acts like they have real personalities. She needs a long, extended period of therapy.

You hit the nail on the head.
Cleo is mentally damaged.
I say this for a few reasons:
*She was/is extremely beautiful, and I believe that along the way she was seriously hurt (mentally/physically)
by a guy(s). She's had bad experiences.
*She is still single and childless at 40 something, which states she doesn't desire a man (in a sexual way) and she even stated this using the O.I.L theory (Old Ill and Loaded).
*She was prepared to marry Kenny Everett, even though he was gay and would have had gay lovers. She was prepared to put herself through that.
*What we see with her and Dirk is a mirror of her past experience with other men, history repeats itself. She was rejected, spurned and hurt. She had to use a character to pursue Dirk, as this would distance/shield her from the real risk of rejection (which she knew was inevitable).
*Her characters are not 100% comedy value, but more of a therapy for her, a hiding place. She is very vulnerable and delicate and uses the characters as a mask to hide her inner sorrow.
*In her BB intro piece she states how she loves being happy and how she is always happy (or something to the effect). This didn't seem genuine, as a happy person doesn't need to make a point of being happy. They just are.
After all that I'd still gladly bed her.

i think she's funny too and she is a comediene in her own right not just a writer/producer check out her CV she's done a lot of comedy :elephant:
Cleo doesn`t make me laugh at all, I can`t remember ever changing my opinion more about a housemate as much as Cleo. She was the catalyst
in prolonging Jades bullying. However, I will laugh when she goes tonight!!
