Why do the housemates not feel unsafe when Megan rages but do when it's Tiffany?

You couldn't be more wrong. You would never see a psychopath behave like that. Psychopaths, by definition, don't feel any emotion. They don't get upset because nothing upsets them.

Probably because Megan has only screamed at people but they would have Youtubed Tiffany before and seen her getting right in people's faces and trying to smack them in the face

Can you imagine, if it had been Tiffany screaming in the middle of the bedroom, and then approached Megan while screaming at her, the way Megan approached Tiffany. There would have been a much different reaction from the other HM's.

It was also interesting that earlier in the day, when Tiffany was angry during the task, Kristina ran off because of it. But during Megan's meltdown, Kristina was there eagerly watching the whole thing. She might as well have had popcorn.
