Well if you know anything about me it's that I love a good rant. Yes, I know the usual few are gonna be like 'no need to get so angry!!!!!! :umm2: :umm2: :umm2:' but I didn't like it at all (and I wasn't the only one as I'm sure you will hear shortly)

Okay that's a lie... I did like it a little, but omfg i don't understand how it was classed as 5+... some of it was pretty morbid. Like that poor cat/racoon thing getting eaten alive and then them fighting over it's tail... omfg that was horrific. Yes I know it's only nature, but to put it in a kids film is a bit wrong (imo)

The little kid was cute, and i liked the way he acted with the dinosaur, it's just the way they killed off so many animals LOL...

So yeah I give it a 6/10... just a bit gruesome/scary for kids IMO!!!!!!!

There's a bit where something gets it's head pulled off or something... the entire cinema was silent... apart from my 6 year old daughter, who absolutely exploded with laughter. :hehe: should I be worried? Then again, this is the girl whose "favourite Harry Potter is number 7, because she likes the look on Dobby's face when he dies". ...

Anyway, I thought it was overall a decent film. I enjoyed it - but it WAS pretty bleak at times. That's OK though, in my opinion. Kids don't need cheerful happy-clappy sugar coated stuff all of the time.

This is true - it should have been called "The Incompetent Dinosaur".
