View Full Version : Angie Bowie Breaking the law?

Are BB breaking the law or what? Angie has consistently asked to leave, and they aren't letting her go.

David asks once and they let him go. Ok, he is ill. But, didn't BB say to Angie that she could leave whenever she feels like it?

I am pretty sure BB are breaking the law here.

They said they had to get things in place as it was the middle of the night

But there's been other times too.

Also, didn't David leave in the middle of the night?

Angie usually cools off the day after though

David was clearly sick so of course they're going to allow him to leave without trying to persuade him to stay

They know she's just playing up to the camera because now she can't milk Bowie's death she has to get airtime some other way

Your posts about Angie are seriously disgusting. I think you have a serious issue with the elderly and BB. Once you get to a certain age doesn't mean you can't stop doing RTV.

Seems a bit cruel that they are sleep depriving a woman of her age.

Actually to be fair to Angie she rarely mentions David Bowie.
Anyway this tonight was TV gold for me from her, my moment of this series so far.
She was brilliant,I laughed all through but no way do I want her to leave.
More of this please.

However if she goes back when calm and asks to leave, then they should permit her to.

They should give her Davids room for a couple of nights

LOL It's hardly a hostage situation.

If she really wants to go they will let her go, but first they will do what they normally do and ask her to calm down/sleep on it.

We saw the same thing a few days ago where she slept on it and changed her mind, she even apologised for messing them around - perhaps you missed that one.

As for David, it's very easy to assume they've spoken to him about leaving on a few occasions, even giving him a spare room. With so much going on in the house, I hardly think the viewers want to see every conversation BB has with housemates over whether they will leave or not.

She could you know just walk out the fire exit...

Think they know HMs after so many series they know when someones just throwing a hissy fit and when its safer to let them leave,

I really do wish one day (I don't care who this happens to...just the next one to say they want to leave...and everyone afterwards) BB would just open the door and say 'right piss off then'. Watching the backpeddling from the attention seekers would be funny :D

Angie was so funny tonight. The prancing around, cursing, swearing trying to turn off lights then leave by the front door. I like her to a point and I don't think she is in any way 'milking' the Bowie thing. I don't think she should be called hateful names either as she hasn't warranted them. It WAS very late and it is very very rare BB would ever leave someone leave at that time as they do need to put things in place. The fact that Angie has changed her mind a few times already has made them think this was just another tantrum and it was.

I really try to see your point of you but I never ever do.....it's so acid and so void of any humour that it's always unpleasant to me.....Angie Bowie has not once tried to milk the death of David Bowie....she was initially clearly distressed and in shock and then swiftly went quiet and withdrawn as she came to terms with it....I think she's shown real restraint and dignity about the whole thing...
simply making sweeping statements with nothing to back them up just doesn't cut it with me I'm afraid but good luck with that

agreed... She wouldn't want to leave if she could get enough sleep. I love watching her, and don't want her to leave at all, but I feel bad for her.

Let the Lady get ha sleep so she can keep delivering comedy gold imo!!

..is it bad to think that I would love her to be given the sleeping room that David's been using to get some sleep and rest but then also thinking, that she's amazing/her tantrums when she hasn't slept so...which way do I go with this...I guess that I'll be humane but wow oh wow, that grumpy Angie.....hilarious....

no way - that will be in the contract - have to sit and talk to big brother and not act on a heated moment.

They're not going to let a hysterical screaming woman walk out at her demand. She needs to be calm so they know she's sure about her decision.

I find her so funny that I feel sad that others don't, cause I think you're missing out on BB Gold ....but I'm sure people could say same to me about Tiffany or Gemma who hold zero interest for me ....but you're observation of the other housemates when Angie kicks off is really interesting and very true...I had not clocked that and you're right, that too was also really funny

What law do you consider they are breaking? You can hardly claim false imprisonment if you've signed a contract and taken money on agreement that you will stay in the house till you're voted out.

maybe she's in the spare room, the one where david used to sleep.
